About Carley Smith

“I wanted to create a company that did things the right way, and always put our clients first.”
 
Carley Smith has called Southeast Florida home since 2002. She traded frigid winters for sunshine and the beach and has never looked back. She now enjoys helping others find their dream home on the beach.
 
After encountering what could go wrong as a first-time homebuyer, Carley Smith set out to help homebuyers avoid real estate nightmares by becoming a Real Estate Agent. Carley worked her way up at a major brokerage before founding Seascapes Real Estate LLC in Jupiter, Florida. Carley Smith, who was featured in Florida’s Golfer Magazine in 2021, is a member of the National Association of Realtors and Florida Realtors/Brokers Association.
 
Outside of work, Carley enjoys spending time with her children and relaxing peacefully under palm trees next to Bimini, her beach-loving golden doodle.
